Among the various initiatives enacted here at Hong Kong Sacred Spaces the Hong Kong Food Culture Series has been one of the most popular. The Food Culture Series interrogates our knowledge of the Food System in Hong Kong by exploring little known areas of food production and distribution. The group initiated the Series by visiting remaining agricultural lands in an array of seasonal wetland walks originally designed by Professor Sidney Cheung from Chinese University of Hong Kong. These walks begin a broader discussion answering the question “Where does our food come from?"
